Vellara has more than 20 types of puzzle in one app. Here they all are, with a short description of each. Where a name is a link, you will find a full explanation of how that puzzle works.

Word puzzles

Word search: Find the words; the leftover letters spell the answer
Crossword: Fill in from the clues
Arrowword: Clues inside the grid
Fill-in: Fit them all in, no clues given
Hourglass: Each word one letter different
Filippine: Fill in and reveal a hidden word

Number puzzles

Sudoku: Digits 1 to 9, never twice
Suguru: Digits per block, never adjacent
Binary puzzle: Only zeros and ones
Number path¹: One line through every number and every square
Sum grid¹: Cross out until every sum adds up

Logic and pictures

Logic puzzle: Match up and rule out
Murder mystery: Who was the only one with the victim?
Maze: Find the way to the exit
Spot the difference: Two pictures side by side
Battleships: Find the hidden ships
Star Battle: One star in every row, column and region
Nonogram: Numbers at the edges, a picture in the grid
Mosaic: Each number counts the black squares around it
Arrows: Tap an arrow and away it goes
Shikaku¹: Divide into rectangles, one number each
Block fitting¹: Fit every piece until the grid is full
Pipes¹: Turn until every pipe connects
Slide path¹: Slide until the water reaches the goal

Patience: The classic card game
