The short version

Property Flipper Tycoon has no account and no sign-in. Your game is saved only on your own device. This version of the game does not collect, store or share personal data, and it contains no adverts, analytics or tracking.

1. The game itself

Your saved game, your properties and your progress are stored only on your device, in the app's own save data. We never see it, and it is never sent to us. Removing the app removes the saved game too, with no copy left anywhere else.

2. Advertising and tracking

This version of the game contains no adverts, no analytics and no tracking tools, and it does not use your device's advertising identifier. If a later version adds adverts, we will update this policy before that version is released, and describe what the advertising provider collects and what choices you have.

3. Feedback and your save

The settings menu has a Report a problem button. It opens your own email app with a message to titoramadev@gmail.com, with the game version and your place in the game already filled in. The game sends nothing by itself: you decide whether to send the email.

The same goes for Copy my save. It only copies your saved game to your device's clipboard, so you can paste it wherever you choose.

We read what you send us, and use it only to answer you and to improve the game.

4. Children

Property Flipper Tycoon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has sent us information — for example in an email — contact us at titoramadev@gmail.com and we will delete it.

5. Your rights

Because we hold nothing about you except what you have chosen to email us, most data-protection rights resolve to a single action: write to titoramadev@gmail.com and we will delete anything you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or restrict the use of that information, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Changes

We will update this policy if the game changes what it does — for example if adverts, an account, online features or in-app purchases are added. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
