The short version
Director of Football has no accounts, no login, and no server of ours to send anything to. Your game is stored on your own device. We do not collect, receive, or sell your personal information. The mobile apps show advertising through Google AdMob, and Google collects data for that purpose — that part is described below.
1. The game itself
We do not run a server for this game. Everything you do happens on your device.
- Your saved game is stored in your browser's or device's own storage (IndexedDB). It never leaves your device unless you choose to export it and send it to us.
- Your settings — currently only whether autosave is on — are stored in local storage on your device.
- The name you enter when you sign your contract is stored inside your own saved game, on your device. We never see it. If you would rather not use your real name, use any name you like — the game does not care.
- Deleting your data is entirely in your hands: clearing your browser's site data for this site, or uninstalling the app, removes the saved game and the settings. There is no copy anywhere else.
2. Bug reports you choose to send us
If you export a save file and send it to us, we receive what is in that file: your saved game, the name you entered, and a short technical error log (the build version, the week you were in, the screen you were on, and the error itself). We use it only to find the bug you are reporting, we do not use it for anything else, and we delete it when the issue is closed or within twelve months, whichever comes first.
Sending a save is entirely voluntary. An email you send us also means we have your email address, which we use only to reply to you.
3. Advertising in the mobile apps (Google AdMob)
The iOS and Android apps show one full-screen advertisement at the end of a season, and not at all during the first four seasons. The browser version shows no advertising.
Advertising is served by Google AdMob. To do this, Google may collect and process information from your device — typically an advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and interaction with the ads. We do not receive this information, and we cannot identify you from it. Google acts as an independent controller of that data.

- Google's advertising policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Your choices. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised advertising is used, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time. On iOS you will be asked whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, advertising is not personalised. On both platforms you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
4. The review prompt
Once, after you have played for several seasons, the mobile apps may ask whether you would like to review the game, using Apple's and Google's own in-app review features. The prompt is handled by the platform. We are not told what you rate it, or whether you rated it at all.
5. Children
Director of Football is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The mobile apps carry advertising and are rated accordingly on each store. If you believe a child has sent us information — for example in an emailed bug report — contact us at titoramadev@gmail.com and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Because we hold nothing about you except what you have chosen to email us, most data-protection rights resolve to a single action: write to titoramadev@gmail.com and we will delete anything you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or restrict the use of that information, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
For the data Google collects for advertising, exercise your rights through your device settings and through Google's own tools, linked above.
7. Changes
We will update this policy if the game changes what it does — for example if analytics, online features, or additional advertising formats are added. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on the game's page.
